Genio
How does Genio help me understand myself better?
Rather than presenting isolated figures, Genio puts your information into perspective over time (sleep, nutrition, habits, biological markers, etc.). This allows you to better understand yourself, identify trends, and track the evolution of your profile on a daily basis.
Does my support change over time?
Nothing is set in stone. As your information and habits evolve, your GenioTwin adapts its recommendations, and your coach supports you in putting them into practice. Your journey thus remains aligned with your needs and goals over time.
What does the subscription include?
Your GenioTwin wellness profile with AI assistant, personalized recommendations and micro-habits, custom recipes with Genio Score and tracking of your progress over time. It starts with a 3-month initial commitment.
Are coaching, dishes and analyses required?
No. They are options: the subscription is worth it on its own. Depending on your country, you can add sessions with a coach or a nutritionist, chef-made dishes delivered, or analyses performed by our partners.
What does Genio do, and what doesn’t it do?
Genio is a personalized wellness and nutrition service. It is not intended to diagnose, prevent, monitor, predict, provide a prognosis for, treat, or alleviate any disease and does not replace advice, diagnosis, or follow-up care from a healthcare professional. The information provided should not be used as the basis for a clinical decision.
Is my data protected?
Your data is hosted securely, in line with the GDPR, and you choose what you share with Genio.
How it works
Do I need biological analyses to start?
No. You start with a questionnaire and connect your devices if you wish. Depending on your country, analyses performed by our partners can then enrich your profile.
How do the analyses work, if I choose them?
No need to travel: your biological test kits are sent directly to your home. You simply collect your samples and send them back. The analysis is carried out independently by our partner laboratories, and the results are then available directly on your Genio dashboard.
How much time does it take each day?
The daily check-in takes about two minutes. The micro-habits fit into your day, at your own pace.
Does GenioTwin replace a professional’s advice?
No. GenioTwin is a wellness tool: it does not diagnose, predict, or monitor any disease and does not provide any medical or therapeutic recommendations.
Membership
How much does the subscription cost?
The price depends on your country of purchase: it is shown in the membership configurator, with a 3-month initial commitment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, after the 3-month initial commitment.
Can I add dishes, a coach or tests later?
Yes. Delivered dishes, support and biological tests can be added to your membership at any time, from your Genio space.
Is Genio available in my country?
Genio is gradually opening its service in the Dominican Republic, Spain, France and Brazil. The options offered depend on each country.
For professionals
Does GenioTwin make the diagnosis for me?
No. GenioTwin is not intended to diagnose, detect, predict, monitor, or treat diseases and does not provide any clinical decision support. It only offers non-medical information about nutrition, habits, and lifestyle.
Which professionals can use GenioPro?
There are two accesses: Nutrition and coaching, for dietitians, nutritionists and other relevant professionals according to their qualifications; Doctors and clinics, for doctors, practices, clinics and care networks.
How do my clients join Genio?
You introduce Genio to them, and each one chooses to activate their GenioTwin. You then follow their progress in your workspace.
How much does GenioPro cost?
The terms are presented to you when you request access.
Do I need an IT integration to start?
No. No IT integration is required at the start: a demonstration, an agreement, then guided onboarding.
Can I train in the Genio method?
Yes, with Genio Education: a full 260-hour training program in more than 10 modules. A professional who is already qualified can also join GenioPro directly, with tailored onboarding.
For companies
Does Genio replace our existing programs?
No. Genio complements your workplace well-being programs with personalized support available every day, without replacing them.
How is the program funded?
The company can fund the membership, contribute to some services or offer negotiated access. Dishes can be co-funded.
Are the analyses, coaching and dishes mandatory?
No. Each participant has the same core experience: questionnaire, micro-habits and scored recipes. Biological analyses, one-to-one coaching and dishes remain options, depending on the plan and the area.
Where do we start?
With a first cohort: together we define the program, the people involved and the plan, then we extend it based on the results.
Is Genio enough to meet our social or HSE obligations?
No. Genio is a well-being service that adds to your initiatives: social and HSE obligations remain the company’s responsibility.
